Integrated Project Example

Government Project:

Classroom refurbishments and upgrades.

Location:

Central State School, Bundaberg.

Project Description:

This project involved the integrated management and coordination of all services required. We worked closely with the Department of Education to understand the works and timeframes for delivery required.

As this project was undertaken during a school term, we organised and scheduled project works to be completed in and around the school’s daily activities to make sure all work was completed with minimal disruption to classrooms.
